With an impressive blend of financial expertise and teaching prowess, Prof. Salunke has actively engaged in training and education for over eleven years. The journey of Prof. Salunke also includes an ongoing pursuit of a Ph.D. from Savitribai Phule Pune University, further enhancing their depth of knowledge. This commitment to academic growth complements their functional proficiency in Financial, Manufacturing & Operations Management and their understanding of emerging domains like Bioinformatics & IT. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at SaiBalaji Education Society’s SaiBalaji International Institute of Management Sciences (SBIIMS), Pune.
Holding a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in Finance, Dr. Kaakandikar is committed to connecting management theory with real-world business practices. He has authored 70+ research papers published in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus, ABDC, and UGC-CARE-indexed journals. His research interests include Financial Management, FinTech, Blockchain, Mutual Funds, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation. A strong advocate of experiential learning, he has developed business case studies published through The Case Centre,UK bringing real-world managerial challenges into the classroom and encouraging analytical thinking and informed decision-making. Dr. Kaakandikar is also an accomplished author, with books including AI-Powered HR Finance, TechHumanize: The Fintech Evolution in HR, and Business Research Methods. He is a prominent finance columnist for leading Marathi newspapers, including Sakal, Lokmat, Punyanagari, and Prabhat, translating complex financial issues into accessible insights for readers. |

Dr. Rohini Nikam boasts 13 years of dedicated experience as a full-time faculty member in the Management stream. In addition to this, she has garnered seven years of enriching experience as a visiting faculty, imparting knowledge at both the Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) levels. Her expertise primarily lies in Law and Management, reflecting her deep-seated interest in these fields.
Furthermore, she has significantly contributed to the academic sphere as an examiner and paper setter. Her commitment to research is evident through her prolific publication record, encompassing research papers, articles, and chapters on national and international platforms. Her quest for knowledge and professional growth is underscored by her active participation in many Faculty Development Programs (FDP), seminars, workshops, and conferences. Dr. Yashwant Lembhe is a retired Air Warrior from the Indian Air Force, having served with distinction for 20 years. During his tenure, he worked in various administrative and technical capacities across higher formations of the Indian Air Force in Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, New Delhi, and Maharashtra. He is a PG approved teacher at Savitribai Phule Pune University since 2009 and is a recognized Ph.D. guide in Marketing Management.
He has over 16 years of teaching experience in subjects including Marketing Management, Business Research Methods, Digital Business, and Strategic Management. Additionally, he has extensive administrative experience liaising with university and government statutory bodies related to higher and technical education. He also serves as Chairman for Management Subjects at the University level. He has over 21 research publications in high-impact, Scopus, ABDC, UGC CARE-indexed national and international journals. He has authored 10 books in the areas of Sales & Advertisement, Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Management Information Systems, E-Supply Chain and Logistics, Contemporary Frameworks in Management, Indian Knowledge System and Cyber Laws. He has also presented numerous research papers at national and international seminars and conferences. |

With over 15 years of experience across industry and academia, including HR and recruitment roles with international exposure, she has more than 9 years of teaching experience at leading institutions in Pune. She teaches subjects such as Talent Management, Organizational Behaviour, Performance and Compensation Management, and Labour Laws, and mentors students in resume writing, interview skills, and the Campus-to-Corporate transition. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and contemporary management practices, and she has published research on topics such as work-life balance and employee turnover in the IT sector. Dr. Rupesh Ajinath Pawar is an accomplished academician and researcher with expertise in Economics, Management, Research Methodology, Banking, Digital Payments, Agricultural Economics, and Quantitative Techniques. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at SaiBalaji International Institute of Management Sciences (SBIIMS), Pune, since July 2025. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, awarded in March 2017. He has also completed postgraduate diplomas in Quantitative Techniques and Computer Applications, Agri-Business Management, and Foreign Trade, along with an M.A. in Economics. Dr. Rupesh Pawar has teaching and academic experience across various institutions, including Shivaji University, PAH Solapur University, Alard University, Pune and SaiBalaji International Institute of Management Sciences. His academic interests include banking and financial services, digital payments, agricultural marketing, livestock production and marketing, micro-food processing, and social science research. He has published research articles in areas such as scheduled commercial banking, ATMs, mobile banking, digital payments, advertising and consumer behaviour, and agricultural development. He has also presented research papers at national and international conferences. Currently pursuing PhD in Marketing Management from SavitriBai Phule Pune University, he has presented papers in National level Conferences, he has attended many Seminars and Workshop. He is National Level Player of Lawn Tennis, He was represent from Dr. B A M U University Aurangabad for so many years. Department of Sports & Physical Education A national level Tennis player as well as a university level volleyball player, Prof. Chavan believes that sports should be practiced by all individuals of all age groups and that playing a sport helps ensure the cultivation of culture within a person. He is always willing to push the boundary of personal development of the students and helping them achieve individual excellence through the medium of sports. Prof. Chavan is responsible for some of the biggest college sporting events of Campus, including the prestigious intercollege and University level competition. He is also responsible for understanding that along with students, the staff and faculty of SaiBalaji Education Society can also benefit from the sporting culture and has thus created a sporting event exclusively for them called the SaiBalaji Sports Academy League. |
