SBIIMS uses the Gmail API (via Google Workspace) solely to send transactional and administrative emails from our official institutional email address — for example, responses to admission enquiries, confirmation emails, newsletters, and other communications initiated through this Site.

- We access the Gmail API only to send email on behalf of our own institutional Google account. We do not read, retrieve, store, or otherwise access the content of any inbox, sent mail, or other Gmail data belonging to us or to any other user.
- We do not collect, store, or share any Google user data obtained through Google APIs with any third party, and we do not use such data for advertising purposes.
- We do not use any data received from Google APIs to train or improve machine learning or AI models.
Limited Use Disclosure: SBIIMS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
