Prof. Laxman Kumar Tripathy is the Director of Saibalaji International Institute of Management Sciences (SBIIMS) of Saibalaji Education Society (SBES), Pune. The MBA programme of SBIIMS(affiliated to University of Pune and recognised by AICTE) is a focused initiative to groom the leaders of tomorrow. Prof. Tripathy has nearly three decades of industry and teaching experience, taking up various roles in both, academics and administrative positions, in Industry and as well as in numerous reputed B-Schools in India.
 
He is a graduate, post graduate and a doctorate in Philosophy, a post graduate & a doctorate in Management and has a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD. He is a gold medallist, ICPR Fellow and UGC-NET qualified research fellow.He is a life member of various professional bodies like NIPM,NHRDN and ISTD.
His Industry experience includes identifying, designing, and delivering a host of Management Development Programmes and undertaking number of consulting and organizational development assignments of a wide variety of client organizations.
As a researcher he has more than 50 research papers published in various research journals of national and international repute. He has also authored five books in various areas of Human Resource Management. Dr Tripathy has participated and presented research papers in more than thirty seminars and conferences in India and abroad. He has guided five Ph.D. students to complete their doctorates.
Throughout his academic career, apart from teaching courses in HRM & OB domain and providing academic & administrative leadership to the institutes with student centric approach, Dr.Tripathy has also worked as members/Chairman of various Board of Studies, Academic Council and Examination Committees. Along with providing overall administration and academic leadership to the Institute, he has brought in all his experience to the SBIIMS, Pune and has been striving to ensure that the students receive the same quality of the teaching-learning experience online/blended in the COVID stricken times as they did in the classroom environment. Thus the students of SBIIMS now get the opportunities to interact with and learn from the expertise of the current dynamic strategic thinkers and mentors from the Corporate Houses across the Globe.

Dr. Mayanka Sharma is Professor and Research head at SBIIMS,Pune. She is a PhD Research Guide for two subjects Marketing and Finance at SPPU. She is highly qualified with PhD in Management, MBA, M.Sc, M,Phil, B.Sc. B.Ed and certificate course in S.P.S.S . She has more than 12 years of approved experience. She was a Member,BoS,Finance board at Savitribai Phule Pune University Pune. She is expert on the various selection committee panels constituted by the University. Under her guidance 2 students has successfully completed PhD and 6 research scholars are currently pursuing PhD under her guidance. In her academic career she had many publications in International and National repute of Journals.
Dr. Rakesh Shirase

Dr. Rakesh Shirase is currently working as Associate Professor at SBIIMS; Pune He has more than 18 years of Teaching and Research Experience and 4 years of Industry Experience. His interests lie in the area around Business Research Methods, Decision Science, Marketing and Sales Management. He has written and published various research papers in National and International Journals of the repute. He has attended a large number of Seminars, Workshop and Conferences.

Dr. Lavakush Singh is a M.Com(Accounting & Taxation), M.Com( Cost & Works Accounting),M.Com(Bus. Administration), MA(Economics),MBA( Finance) MA(Sociology) ,Ph.D. in Business Administration and a recognised research guide in the Faculty of Commerce & Management of Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has 18 years of teaching experience in various PG Courses in the domain of Financial Management. He has more than 40 research publications in high impact factor/UGC CARE/Scopus indexed national and international journals and also a peer reviewer of various international journals.
He has authored 11 books in Business, Commerce & Economics as well.He has been invited by various Higher Education Institutes and Universities as key note speaker,resource person and also to present thematic papers in Conferences,FDPs and Seminars in the areas of financial management, research methodology and business analytics.
Dr. Anisha Mahindrakar

She has an experience of more than 09 years in Teaching & Research. Her areas of Interest are Management Accounting & Control, Financial Management and Banking Management. She has published more than 11 International and National research paper in reputed UGC and ISSN research Journal. She has worked as member of Paper setter in KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon (MH). She has worked as an IQAC Coordinator in her former College. She was also Asst. Director of Central Assessment Program for first year UG program.

Prof.Gayatri Deshpande is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in corporate world. An electronic and telecommunication engineer, she has a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Pune Institute of Computer Technology. Post this, she has worked as HR Professional in Premier Limited and Godhavat Energy. She was also leading the HR function at Aspect Ratio Engineering Services in Bangalore. Prof. Deshpande thereafter has also completed her MBA from Pune University with "Outstanding Grade" with specialisation in Operations Management.
She is also NET qualified in Management and has been previously associated with various Institutes such as Allana Institute of Management, Zeal Institute of Management and Yeshwantrao Chavan Open University. Prof Deshpande has presented a couple of research Papers on Operations Management and Inventory Management in National and International conferences.
